BI
Joseph Bernard (1866-1931), is an influential French sculptor along with A. Mayor (1861-1944) and A. Bourdelle (1861-1929) after the great master Auguste Rodin (1840-1917). Simplified form with sensuous and elegant decoration can be described as the peculiarity of Bernard's sculptures. The fertile visual representation are attractively appeared in the work of “Danseuse voilée”.
